DuPont™ Tyvek® DrainWrap™

• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ is specifically designed to provide superior water drainage, combat moisture and prevent air infiltration, creating a more comfortable, energy-efficient home.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ does not support the growth of mold or mildew and helps keep heating and cooling costs down by stopping outside air from infiltrating the home.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ features vertical grooves that help channel water safely to the outside when it is placed between the sheathing and the façade.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ is best used in conditions where a wall system design calls for maximum drainage, such as primed wood and fiber cement siding. The drainage benefits of this product can also be leveraged behind EIFS and synthetic one-coat stucco systems.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ also is an ideal solution when foam board is applied over a secondary weather barrier, or other flat substrates that can interfere with drainage when applied over a flat secondary weather barrier.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ can be installed in the same manner as Tyvek® HomeWrap® and StuccoWrap®, however the Tyvek® DrainWrap™ must be applied with the grooves placed in the vertical direction, just like Tyvek® StuccoWrap®.
• Tyvek® DrainWrap™ is available in rolls measuring 9’x125’.

DuPont™ Flashing Systems

• DuPont™ FlexWrap™ is a moldable flashing tape that is uniquely engineered to address the issues of securing the vulnerable bottom corners of the window sill where damage is most likely to occur. FlexWrap™ is wrapped into the sill rough opening before the window is installed, making one-step, seamless protection possible
• DuPont™ StraightFlash™ is designed to flash straight heads and jambs of rectangular windows. Along with FlexWrap™, these products help provide superior water intrusion protection around windows and doors.

DuPont™ Tyvek® StuccoWrap®

• Tyvek® StuccoWrap® is a weather-resistant barrier with a specially engineered surface texture designed to meet the critical demands of both traditional and synthetic stucco applications.
• Tyvek® StuccoWrap® helps strengthen stucco, making it more resistant to cracking, reducing the chanced for water infiltration. Tyvek® StuccoWrap® does not absorb water and helps to maintain the moisture level needed for better curing.
• Synthetic stucco of EIFS: Tyvek® StuccoWrap® has grooves that act as a drainage path for water or moisture vapor to escape. It increases the walls’ drying capacity by safely moving incidental water outside.
